Bathurst 1000 Giveaway - Terms & Conditions
- The promotion is conducted by Hungry Jack's Bathurst restaurant.
- The promotion runs from Thursday 8 October 2026 to Sunday 11 October 2026 inclusive.
- Eligible purchases are dine-in, takeaway and drive-thru orders placed directly at the restaurant. Orders placed via kiosk, mobile app or delivery platforms are not eligible.
- During each day of the promotion period, the customer whose qualifying transaction is recorded as transaction number 161 on the restaurant POS system will receive a discount of up to $50 off that transaction. A customer may only receive one prize per day.
- One prize is available each day of the promotion period. A total of four prizes are available across the promotion period.
- The POS system record is final and will determine the winning transaction numbers.
- The maximum benefit available to each winning customer is $50. Any amount above $50 must be paid by the customer.
- The promotion is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The maximum benefit available to each winning customer is $50 applied to the winning transaction. If the value of the winning transaction is less than $50, the customer will not receive any cash, change, credit or refund for the unused portion. Any amount above $50 must be paid by the customer.
- If a winning transaction is cancelled, refunded or voided, Hungry Jack's may determine the next eligible transaction in its discretion.
- Employees of Hungry Jack's Bathurst and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Hungry Jack's reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
- By participating in the promotion, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
