Field Support

State Field support teams spend much of their time on the road, providing the leadership, coaching and mentoring needed to ensure that every Hungry Jack’s store and crew is always at their best.

Field Support Roles:

  • Multi Restaurant Managers – supervisory role for more geographically remote store locations
  • District Managers – leads and coaches 8+ stores including the Multi Restaurant Managers to operationally achieve key objectives. 
  • State Human Resources – working alongside our field support team, providing both best in class training and safety, equipment processes and employee relations.
  • State Maintenance – servicing repairs all equipment to ensure the very best delivery of our menu to customers.

What we look for in Field Support:

A customer-first commitment. Self-confidence and leadership in driving business results. A talent for teaching, coaching and inspiring.

The Hungry Jack's Employee Foundation, financially supporting employees and their families in times of need, is just one of the ways the people in our business support each other. We have a strong culture of being right there when our people need us the most.

FOUNDATION ASSISTANCE

Funded by Hungry Jack's and staff donations, the Foundation contributes towards medical bills, rent assistance and other personal expenses for employees and their families who are doing it tough. The Foundation has also recently introduced support for tertiary education and other development courses.
