If you would like to provide a compliment, make a complaint or provide feedback the best way is to speak to one of our Managers on your visit otherwise utilise the other feedback options below. We aim to resolve complaints or feedback in a timely manner, usually within 48hrs. However, should complaints or feedback need to be escalated, it may take 72 hrs.
