Terms and Conditions
- Information on how to claim an NBL Hungry Jack’s Free Cheeseburger voucher as part of the NBL Hungry Jack’s Free Cheeseburger Promotion 2026/27 Season forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Minors must have the consent of their parent or guardian to participate. The parent or guardian of a minor participant is deemed to have consented to, and be bound by, these Terms and Conditions. Parents or guardians may be required by the Promoters to enter into a further agreement as evidence of their consent. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must not participate.
- The promoters are National Basketball League Pty Ltd (ABN 65 164 187 937) of Level 6, 10 Queens Road, Melbourne VIC 3004 and Hungry Jack’s Pty Ltd (ABN 25 008 747 073) of Level 6, 100 William Street, Woolloomooloo NSW 2011 (together, the Promoters).
- The NBL Hungry Jack’s Free Cheeseburger Promotion 2026/27 Season (Promotion) commences at 7:30pm AEST on Saturday, 19 September 2026 and runs until the conclusion of the final game of the NBL 2026/27 regular season on Sunday, 14 February 2027 (Promotion Period). The NBL 2026/27 regular season comprises 21 rounds, with Rounds 1–21 each constituting an Eligible Round for the purposes of this Promotion.
- An Eligible Game means an NBL 2026/27 regular-season game played in Australia during an Eligible Round. Games played in New Zealand are excluded from the Promotion.
- Participation is open to viewers of Eligible Games (Eligible Customers) who:
- attend or watch an Eligible Game;
- have downloaded and registered for an account in the NBL App; and
- are subscribed to NBL email marketing communications at the time of claiming. This subscription is mandatory and is required for the Eligible Customer to receive the email containing the unique link to access the NBL Free Cheeseburger voucher.
- In each Eligible Round, if a player from the Away team misses two consecutive free throws in a single penalty during an Eligible Game, a unique codeword will be revealed during the game broadcast and in-stadium. Eligible Customers may use a valid codeword to claim an NBL Free Cheeseburger voucher, subject to these Terms and Conditions. Each voucher entitles the Eligible Customer to one (1) free Cheeseburger.
If no qualifying free-throw event occurs during an Eligible Game, no codeword will be issued and no NBL Free Cheeseburger voucher will be available for that Eligible Game.
- There is a limit of one (1) NBL Free Cheeseburger voucher per registered NBL account per Eligible Round, regardless of the number of Eligible Games played, qualifying codewords revealed or codewords entered during that Eligible Round. Eligibility for the voucher is determined and enforced through the registered NBL account.
- To claim an NBL Free Cheeseburger voucher, the Eligible Customer must open the NBL App, select the NBL Free Cheeseburger promotion and enter a valid unique codeword revealed during an Eligible Game.
- The opportunity to enter a codeword and claim an NBL Free Cheeseburger voucher for an Eligible Round closes at 11:59pm AEST/AEDT on the day the final game of that Eligible Round is played.
- If the claim is successful, the Eligible Customer will receive an official NBL email within 24 hours containing a unique link. The Eligible Customer must be subscribed to NBL email marketing communications to receive this email. The unique link must be opened on a mobile device to open or download the Hungry Jack’s App and access the NBL Free Cheeseburger voucher. Where prompted by the device, the Eligible Customer must allow the Hungry Jack’s App to paste from their browser or other originating application to enable the unique link to be recognised and the voucher to be made available in their Hungry Jack’s account.
- New Hungry Jack’s App users must register for a Hungry Jack’s account and verify their account using the verification link sent to their email. Existing Hungry Jack’s App users must log in to their Hungry Jack’s account after opening the Hungry Jack’s App via the unique link.
- The NBL Free Cheeseburger voucher is valid for pick-up only and may be redeemed by:
- adding the voucher to cart when ordering through the Hungry Jack’s App; or
- presenting the voucher QR code to a Hungry Jack’s crew member when ordering at a participating Hungry Jack’s restaurant.
The voucher cannot be redeemed via kiosk and must be redeemed by 11:59pm AEST/AEDT on the day after the voucher is issued.
- NBL Free Cheeseburger vouchers redeemed through the Hungry Jack’s App are subject to a $1 minimum spend.
- The NBL Free Cheeseburger voucher is not transferable or redeemable for cash or any other offer and must be taken as offered.
- The NBL Free Cheeseburger voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- The Eligible Customer must be registered and signed into the Hungry Jack’s App to access and redeem the NBL Free Cheeseburger voucher.
- This Promotion is valid only at participating Hungry Jack’s restaurants in Australia.
- The Promoters reserve the right to cancel, postpone or modify this Promotion where required due to circumstances outside their reasonable control, including catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, epidemic, pandemic, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any actual or anticipated breach of applicable law or regulation. Any changes will be communicated to Eligible Customers as soon as reasonably practicable.
- The Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be collected, held, used and disclosed by National Basketball League Pty Ltd and Hungry Jack’s Pty Ltd in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, applicable privacy laws and the Promoters’ respective Privacy Policies.
