Jack's Cafe Loyalty

Terms and Conditions
  1. The Jack’s Cafe customer loyalty card program (Loyalty Program) is operated by Hungry Jack’s Pty Ltd (weus or our). By participating in our Loyalty Program, each customer (you) agrees to these terms and conditions (Terms). The Loyalty Program is only valid within participating Hungry Jack’s “Jack’s Cafe” restaurant (participating restaurant).
  2. To join our free Loyalty Program, one loyalty card will be digitally issued automatically to all registered users of the Hungry Jack’s App or Hungry Jack’s website (HJ’s Channels).   3. full price purchase of one (1) Barista Coffee, Tea, or any one (1) Iced Drink from the Jack’s Cafe range available at the time of your ordering (Jack’s Cafe Beverages) via the Hungry Jack’s Digital Channels at any participating restaurant) will earn you one (1) stamp.
  4. After you earn four (4) valid stamps, you are eligible to redeem for free one (1) lowest-priced Jack’s Cafe Beverage subject to our standard surcharge for speciality milks (Soy, Almond, Oat, Lactose Free), or upgrades, or extra shots. The participating restaurant may (in its discretion) offer a suitable alternative of equal or greater value. This free Jack’s Cafe Beverage can only be redeemed via pick-up at the participating restaurant and cannot be delivered. Free Jack’s Cafe Beverages cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other rewards. You cannot sell or transfer your Jack’s Cafe loyalty card to anyone else.
  5. To earn stamps and redeem your free Jack’s Cafe Beverage, you must either present your Jack’s Cafe loyalty card in the participating restaurant for physical scanning of the barcode by our staff or transact via the Hungry Jack’s App. If transacting via the app, a minimum spend of $1 will apply to free Jack’s CafĂ© Beverage redemptions.  
  6. A full Jack’s Cafe loyalty card (4 stamps) may only be redeemed for one (1) Jack’s Cafe Beverage, once per transaction or redemption. You cannot accumulate free Jack’s Cafe Beverages.  No other loyalty card may be used in conjunction. The Jack’s Cafe loyalty card cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer unless otherwise stated on the other promotion or offer.
  7. We are not responsible for any lost Jack’s Cafe loyalty cards. You must use the same app account each time.
  8. All stamps will expire annually on 30 June.
  9. We retain, at all times, ownership of all stamps, Jack’s Cafe loyalty cards and advertising in connection with our Loyalty Program together with all intellectual property rights in and over the stamps, Jack’s Cafe loyalty cards and advertising for our Loyalty Program.
  10. We reserve the right to terminate your membership in our Loyalty Program if we believe you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or have failed to comply with these Terms.
  11. We may change these Terms or add new terms and conditions at any time in our sole discretion. If so, we will publish an updated version on our website. Your continued participation in our Loyalty Program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
  12. We may discontinue or terminate our Loyalty Program or Jack’s Cafe loyalty cards in our sole discretion, at no liability to you, by publishing a notice on HJ’s Channels.  If such a notice is published, then our Loyalty Program will terminate one (1) month after its publication date. 
  13. Our decision in the exercise or interpretation of any of our rights or discretions in connection with these Terms will be final and binding.  We may waive or modify any requirement under these Terms where a customer might otherwise not qualify for the offer and without implying any obligation to relax that requirement in any other case.
