TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Information on how to enter into this promotion and the prizes in this promotion form part of these Terms and Conditions.  Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Minors must have their parent or guardian consent to their entry and the parent or guardian of the minor entrant is deemed to have consented to and is bound by these Terms and Conditions. Parents or guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of their consent of the entrant entering this Promotion. If you do not accept these conditions, you must not enter.

  3. 2. The Promoters are Adelaide Football Club Limited (ABN 48 008 101 568) of 105 West Lakes Boulevard West Lakes, Adelaide, South Australia, 5021 and Hungry Jack’s Pty Ltd (ABN 25 008 747 073) of Level 6, 100 William Street, Woolloomooloo, NSW, 2011.

This promotion commences from 7.10pm ACDT on Friday, March 20, 2026 and closes at 11.59pm ACST of the Wednesday following the last Adelaide Football Club home qualifying game of the 2026 Toyota AFL Premiership Season. During the Promotion Period, this promotion will be run in Rounds 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 13, 15, 18, 20, 22, 24, and of the 2026 Toyota AFL Premiership Season (each an Eligible Week).

  7. 4. Entry is open to Adelaide Football Club members and supporters (“you”, “your”) who download and register with the Hungry Jack’s App here: Download the App (hungryjacks.com.au)

If an Adelaide Crows player kicks a goal from outside 50m at a home qualifying game during the 2026 Toyota AFL Premiership Season at Adelaide Oval, then you will be offered a Hungry Jack’s “Whopper Goal” voucher (“Voucher”) via the Hungry Jack’s App. The App-Voucher entitles you to one (1) free Whopper burger at any participating Hungry Jack’s store in South Australia.

  1. 6. To claim the “Whopper Goal” voucher, the Eligible Supporter must opt-in to receive the voucher when prompted on the Hungry Jack’s App. In each Eligible Week, the “Whopper Goal” voucher will be sent to the Eligible Supporter on the Wednesday following the game.

  3. 7. You have the opportunity to register for the Voucher at any time until 3 hours after the final siren of the game.

  7. 9. This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other Hungry Jack’s offer.

  9. 10. The offer is one (1) Whopper per voucher and must be redeemed via the Hungry Jack’s App or in-store at a participating restaurant at the front counter.

  11. 11. The voucher is valid for the day of issue only and is valid for pick-up only.  The offer is limited to one (1) Whopper per person.

  13. 12. The offer is not transferable for cash or a different offer and must be taken as offered.

  15. 13. Launch of this promotion and voucher offer is up to the discretion of the promotor and will not necessarily be available at every Adelaide Football Club home game.

  17. 14. You must be registered and signed into the Hungry Jack’s app to qualify.

  19. 15. This promotion is only valid in participating Hungry Jack’s stores in South Australia.

  21. 16. The Vouchers redeemed via the Hungry Jack’s App attract a $1 minimum spend. If the Vouchers are redeemed in person at the participating Hungry Jack’s store, there is no minimum spend.

  23. 17. This promotion will also exclude ‘Gather Round’ (Round 5) of the 2026 Toyota AFL Premiership Season (Adelaide Football Club v Carlton) played at Adelaide Oval.

  25. 18. This promotion excludes Adelaide Football Club qualifying games in the 2026 Toyota AFL Premiership Season not played at Adelaide Oval.

  27. 19. The decision of Hungry Jack’s is final, and no further correspondence will be entered into.

  29. 20. All your entries become the property of the Promoters. By entering this promotion, you give the Promoters consent to use your personal information for this promotion and future promotions unless you let the Promoters know otherwise in writing. The Adelaide Football Club and Hungry Jack’s will collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with their Privacy Policy available at www.afc.com.au/privacy-policy and https://www.hungryjacks.com.au/privacy-policy where applicable, your parent or guardian agree to the Promoters:
  • Using and disclosing your personal information for the purposes of conducting this promotion, redeeming a prize and any matter connected to, or incidental to this promotion; and
  • Using your name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purposes of this promotion at the Adelaide Football Club’s sole discretion.
