WHOPPER GOAL CAMPAIGN 2024

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. 1. Information on how to enter into this promotion and the prizes in this promotion form part of these Terms and Conditions .  Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Minors must have their parent or guardian consent to their entry and the parent or guardian of the minor entrant is deemed to have consented to and is bound by these Terms and Conditions. Parents or guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of their consent of the entrant entering this Promotion. If you do not accept these conditions, you must not enter.

The Promoters are Indian Pacific Limited (trading as West Coast Eagles Football Club) of Mineral Resources Park, 42 Bishopsgate St, LATHLAIN WA, 6100 (ABN 31 009 178 894) and Hungry Jack’s Pty Ltd (ABN 25 008 747 073) of Level 6, 100 William Street, Woolloomooloo, NSW, 2011  (companies will be hereafter jointly referred to as the "Promoter").

This promotion commences from 3.50pm AWST on Sunday, March 24, 2024 and closes at 11.59pm AWST on the first Wednesday immediately following the last West Coast Eagles home qualifying game of the 2024 AFL Premiership Season (Promotion Period). During the Promotion Period, this promotion will be run in Rounds 2, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 13, 16, 18, 21 and 23 of the 2024 Toyota AFL Premiership Season (each an Eligible Week).

4. 4. Entry is open to West Coast Eagles members and supporters who:
   1. a. attend the West Coast Eagles 2024 Toyota AFL Home Game at Optus Stadium in that Eligible Week;
   2. b. Have downloaded and registered on the Hungry Jack’s App prior to the game commencing HJ’s App here: Download the App (hungryjacks.com.au); and
   3. c. have their location services turned on,

(Eligible Supporters).

5. In each Eligible Week, if a West Coast Eagles player kicks a goal from outside 50m or kicks a significant goal (as determined by the West Coast Eagles at its absolute discretion) at a home qualifying game during the 2024 Toyota AFL Premiership Season at Optus Stadium, then Eligible Supporters will be offered a free "Whopper Goal" voucher (limited to one goal per Eligible Week). The voucher entitles a supporter or fan to one free Whopper.

6. 6.To claim the “Whopper Goal” voucher, the Eligible Supporter must opt-in to receive the voucher when prompted on the Hungry Jack’s App. In each Eligible Week, the “Whopper Goal” voucher will be sent to the Eligible Supporter on the Wednesday following the game.

7. 7.The opportunity to register for the “Whopper Goal” voucher is open for three (3) hours after the Whopper Goal is kicked.

8. The free Whopper must be redeemed at a Hungry Jack's store, at the front counter and showing the voucher from the Hungry Jack's App to a Hungry Jack's crew member, Redemption via kiosk or by adding to cart in the Hungry Jack's app, will not be eligible. Redemption must take place on the immediate Wednesday post the home qualifying game from 5.30am AWST to 11.59PM AWST.

9.This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other Hungry Jack’s offer.

10. 10. The offer is one Whopper per “Whopper Goal” voucher and must be redeemed at the front counter and showing the voucher from the Hungry Jack’s App to a Hungry Jack’s crew member .

11. 11. The “Whopper Goal” voucher is valid for the day of issue only and is valid for pick-up only.  The offer is limited to one Whopper per person in each Eligible Week.

12. 12. The offer is not transferable for cash or a different offer and must be taken as offered.

13. 13. The user must be registered and signed into the Hungry Jack’s App to qualify.

14. 14. This promotion is only valid in participating Hungry Jack’s stores in Western Australia.

15. 15. The “Whopper Goal” vouchers transacted via the Hungry Jack’s App have a $1 minimum spend.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or postpone this promotion without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control (including but not limited to epidemic, pandemic, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud). Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.

17. 17. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no further correspondence will be entered into.

18. 18. This promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of Western Australian and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

The West Coast Eagles and Hungry Jack’s will collect, hold, use and disclose Participant’s personal information in accordance with their Privacy Policy available at https://www.westcoasteagles.com.au/privacy-policy or; https://www.hungryjacks.com.au/privacy-policy  where applicable, Participants’ parent or guardian – agree to the Promoter:

• Using and disclosing the Participants’ personal information for the purposes of conducting this promotion, redeeming a prize and any matter connected to, or incidental to, this promotion and;
• Using the Participant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for any purpose at the West Coast Eagles sole discretion.
